3. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may:

• Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
• Inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notification

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

1. We will forward the counter-notification to the original complaining party.
2. The complaining party has 10 business days to notify us of legal action.
3. We may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction.
